Merry Christmas from Landex!
The team at Landex look forward to assisting you with your machinery needs in 2018.
We hope you find something interesting in these newsletters.
Some deliveries are better than others. Pan Head brewery’s Mantall push around scissor among the tanks at their rapidly expanding Upper Hutt facility. As always Landex has no hesitation recommending our clients products and services.
The tandem and single axle trailers for scissors have arrived in Penrose. This is the single axle loaded with our wind rated 6m scissor. This package available ex stock at $15,500 + GST including on road costs.
A special to end the year, our XD100RT diesel 4WD scissor with a 10m working height $49,750 + GST ex Auckland, one only available.
Delivery day for Wealleans fifth Landex loader.
This one has a 1.4m high dump bucket mounted on a quick hitch.
I was in Fiji last week delivering Fulton Hogan/Hiways their third Landex loader, this time an LW300K. This one will be working on Vanua Levu.
Also spotted near Suva a self delivering tracked excavator. I first saw these at Bauma Shanghai last year and it seems someone was brave enough to give it a go. I’m not sure if it would be road legal in NZ but a great idea to shorten those long walks on the tracks.
The new colour scheme on the LW180K’s. We have two of these arriving in January.
The Chinese President Xi Jinping visited the XCMG facilities last week. Xi’s visit emphasised the importance of high end manufacturing leaders like XCMG. Xi urged a shift from “Made in China” to “Created in China,” stressing more emphasis on innovation.
At the excavator factory this 34 tonne machine features XCMG’s own breaker. Lots of long reach machines around with the subway work in China.
A recent large delivery of LNG powered trucks to the military parked in a formation to make the XCMG logo.
Finally a Christmas present suggestion for that young machinery nut in your family; buy any XCMG off-highway truck and get this excellent large model thrown in!
